Client : Page Industries Limited — the exclusive licensee of the Jockey® brand in India and one of the country’s most respected listed companies in the apparel and innerwear segment.
Project : 3,00,000 square feet of built-to-suit industrial space, set on a 15-acre site.
Location : Favorich Industrial Park, Bannerahalli Village, KR Pet Taluk, Mandya District, Karnataka — approximately 90 km from Bengaluru, near Mysore.
The project represents one of the more significant built-to-suit industrial developments underway in the Mandya region, and reflects the trust placed by a publicly listed corporate client of Page Industries’ stature in JVL Enterprises’ ability to deliver at scale.
Shakthi Grand Convention Centre
Shakthi Grand Convention Centre is a premium events venue designed for weddings, receptions, milestone celebrations, and corporate gatherings. The venue is one of the largest and most well-appointed convention centres in the region.
Project : A multi-floor convention centre with generously proportioned banquet and convention halls, dedicated bridal and VIP suites, and modern event infrastructure.
Location : Yemmiganur, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh.
