JVL Enterprises is construction and real estate arm, entrusted by some of India's most respected listed corporates with their most significant industrial projects, and developing its own residential and plotted layouts in the growth corridors of Andhra Pradesh.

Sree Shakthi Nursing Home is the group's healthcare presence — a community nursing home and maternity hospital that has served families across the Yemmiganur and Kurnool region across generations.

Dr. Y Gowdappa Goud

He is a distinguished surgeon and philanthropist with over 40 years of medical excellence. Throughout a decorated four-decade career, he has combined clinical mastery with a profound commitment to humanitarian service. As a veteran specialist in general surgery he has performed thousands of critical operations and mentored generations of younger physicians.
Beyond hospital walls, Dr YG Goud spent decades championing healthcare equity for vulnerable and low-income populations. He has organized dozens of free medical, eye and surgical camps across remote and economically disadvantaged regions. These camps provide life-saving surgeries, diagnostic screenings, and essential medications completely free of charge to those in need. Dr. YG Goud operates under the firm belief that quality healthcare is a fundamental human right, not a financial privilege. His enduring legacy beautifully bridges the gap between top-tier medical science and selfless community welfare.

Dr. Naveen Yemmiganur

He is a visionary physician, healthcare executive, and serial entrepreneur with a decade of advanced clinical and operational experience. He holds an MBBS from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and completed his post-graduation at the highly revered JSS Medical College (deemed University) in Mysore. Integrating clinical precision with strong commercial acumen, Dr. Yemmiganur has scaled a successful track record in commercial real estate, construction, gated community projects, industrial level BTS projects and manages 100 bedded hospital in Kurnool Andhra Pradesh.
He is now leveraging this unique combination of medical expertise and asset management to launch a high-growth venture within the pharmaceutical industry, positioned to capture shifting market demands and provide affordable healthcare facilities.

Mrs. Uma Gowdappa Gowd

She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Dharwad University. She brings three decades of experience in hospital administration and real estate management.
Mrs. Gowd’s active involvement in planning, budgeting, and executing real estate projects, including plotted layouts, convention centers, and supermarkets, showcases her dedication to the growth and success of the business further contributing to the company’s portfolio. Her impeccable style of Hospital Administration, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Fiscal Discipline etc. is highly commendable.

Mr. N Narahari Rao

He brings over 35 years of rich and varied experience covering the entire spectrum of Research, Academics and Industry.
He worked in Anna University, IGNOU, Cadbury Schweppes, DS Group, Kris Flexipacks, Favorich Group etc.
He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and a Post Graduate in Production Engineering from Anna University

Dr. Pooja Naveen Yemmiganur

She is Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist and an avid Entrepreneur with over eight years of clinical experience. She specializes in comprehensive women’s healthcare. Driven by a deep commitment to patient advocacy, her career focuses on upgrading regional healthcare facilities to ensure modern, accessible medical services for women of all backgrounds.
She completed her MBBS and Post-graduation at the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. This rigorous academic foundation equips her to manage high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological conditions with precision and empathy. Her unique combination of clinical excellence and entrepreneurial drive fuels her mission to innovate and elevate the standards of women’s health and wellness.

Mr. Shivraj Patil

He represents a new generation of forward-thinking entrepreneurs leveraging global insight to build resilient, future-ready enterprises. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Indhan Industries Pvt Ltd, a company at the forefront of the green energy transition, supplying advanced solid bio fuel solutions to industry giants like Nestlé, ITC, Page industries, etc.
Combining a background in Electronics Engineering with executive business education from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, UK. Shivraj seamlessly blends technical expertise with global leadership principles.

Mr. Parijat Mukhopadhyay

He brings over 39 years of National & International experience covering various Industrial segments like Steel, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Chemicals etc.
He worked in Organon, Ispat Industries, Essel Group, DS Group, Himadri Chemicals Ltd, Whitford India Pvt. Ltd and Gumasol Rubber-Tec GmbH He holds an MBA from International Management Institute ( IMI – Delhi) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata & Industrial Engineering from Mumbai, India.

Business development strategist and entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience, building businesses and developing international markets across India and Central & Eastern Europe.
Throughout his career, Bharat has worked extensively with manufacturers, distributors, hospitality businesses, and premium consumer brands, gaining deep insight into what customers value most—quality, craftsmanship, reliability, and design. Mr. Yathin Sai Thammineni

He brings together a strong academic foundation and varied commercial experience as an entrepreneur and business professional. He holds a Master’s in Engineering Business Management from the University of Exeter, UK, which underpins his analytical and strategic approach to business.
His career has spanned the information technology and banking sectors, and he currently works as a Business Development Manager—a progression that has sharpened his understanding of business operations, client relationships, and commercial growth.
